What Is The Cost Of Delivery?

Here at LepidoliteMoon we process all of our deliveries via Royal Mail. For our UK clients, we offer free delivery as standard and send using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service giving you peace of mind of fast delivery along with a tracking number and notification of delivery.

For all of our non UK based clients, we send all items via Royal Mail's International Tracked service, which also gives peace of mind that you can track your packages progress via the tracking link provided with fulfilment confirmation email.

When Can I Expect My Delivery?

UK - Orders placed before 3pm should arrive in 1-2 working days,

USA and Canada – Orders should arrive within 7-10 working days (excluding day of despatch)

Rest of the World – Orders should arrive within 10-14 working days (excluding day of despatch)

2024 update: due to recent changes in EU regulations GPSR, we are currently unable to send items to any country based within the EU, this currently also includes NI.

I Haven't Received my Order - What Can I Do?

If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email us using our contact form and select the option missing order and we will look into it for you.
