Custom and personalised orders

Here at LepidoliteMoon we welcome custom orders, if you can't find an item on the site that completely meets your needs, drop us a message and we'll work together to create something perfect just for you.

At present, LepidoliteMoon doesn't make personalised items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

As standard, all orders from LepidoliteMoon are sent to their new homes with an attached document explaining how each gemstone used aids in your specific journey. We also include a selenite wand for cleansing and charging your piece of LM jewellery and a mini heart shaped piece of rose quartz crystal, a no snag hair tie and a custom LepidoliteMoon mantra.

All items purchased from Lepidolite Moon are sent 'gift wrapped' in our signature pastel tissue paper set upon our branded packaging. For an extra charge, we offer gift wrapping which includes the above as well as a hessian gift bag and personalised note card (with your own message)

Care instructions

LM jewellery is designed to last, please treat your new piece with love & care. It requires handling with care to remain in original condition; avoid cleaning products, chlorine (remove before swimming), body lotions, hair spray & perfume. Lepidolite Moon also recommends removing our jewellery before sleep.

With a little care, the life & durability of your jewellery will be extended. I hope you love your Lepidolite Moon jewellery as much as I loved designing & creating it.

All LM products featuring natural stones are very precious & need to be handled with care. Dropping, causing damage will not be considered a fault & will not warrant a refund.

After wear please ensure LM jewellery is stored in a safe, dry place away from extreme heat

Sizing details

We state approximate sizes which allow for difference of a few millimetres. Although Lepidolite Moon Jewellery does not offer sizing adjustments at check out, we will try our best to help you if you need a necklace or bracelet adjusting in size before it is shipped to you, just let us know in the notes the size you need and we'll let you know if it's possible and once your custom piece is ready to ship
